Orders over $80 are free from shipping fees all other orders within Australia is a flat $10.
Shipping for international orders is currently not available. This is because with the current shipping options available to us we can't guarantee the integrity of our products - we don't want them arriving to you in a damaged state. We're working to find a solution to this.
New Zealand customers can buy a selection of our products online from Pure Wellbeing.
Please note that Loving Earth is open normal business hours Monday – Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
If your package is under 5kg cubic weight, it will be sent via Toll Priority, which is the fastest delivery service we could find. All orders sent with Toll will be left at the door if no-one is available to receive them.
If you decided you ship with Australia post, please note they have a new policy around parcels that require a signature on delivery. All parcels with SOD now default to Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave. If no one is home, and able to sign for the package, and they think there is a safe place to leave the parcel, the will leave it there and take a photo as proof it was delivered safely. If there is no safe place, they will leave a card as they normally would to collect at a nearby post office.
If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to arrange it to be sent to your work address.
If your address is a PO Box or in the Northern Territory, your package will be sent via Australia Post.
If your address is in Melbourne, your package will be sent via Fastway.

Summer Chocolate Orders - a note on keeping your order safe!
Web orders under 5kg cubic weight are automatically sent with Toll Priority, unless one of these check boxes are ticked upon checkout. If you are ordering chocolate during the warmer months, please DO NOT tick either of these boxes. This means your order will be delivered more quickly, and the transit time for the chocolates/carob minimised.
Local Melbourne orders (3000-3209) will be shipped with Fastway Couriers for faster delivery.
NB: This excludes any orders being shipped to an address in NT (0800-0886), or to a PO Box address. These orders can will be sent via Australia Post only.
Orders completed by 2.30pm on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will have a much better chance of arriving just as they left us. Those ordered closer to the weekend are more likely to sit in hot conditions during transit and may melt as a result. Please consider waiting until Monday to complete your order if weather conditions are hot.
If your package is warm to the touch when it arrives, please place your chocolate in the fridge for two hours. At that stage it should have a firm consistency and be fine to eat. If you are dissatisfied with the product after tasting it, please contact us and we will be happy to offer you credit for the same value. We would recommend that this credit is not used to immediately order the same product again if weather conditions remain the same.
In the months of very warm weather as an alternative to ordering online we recommend visiting your local Loving Earth stockist and purchasing our chocolate directly from them.
We have considered and researched the possibility of refrigerated transport and for the moment that is not something we can offer. Using polystyrene cooler boxes means an increased and extensive reliance on petro-chemicals, which are non-renewable and non-recyclable. Although these are inexpensive products, the process is expensive on the environment. Refrigerated transport uses more energy and costs a lot more, so we have decided as a company that this is not a viable option at the present.

We will give a full unconditional refund on the price of any product purchased (exclusive of postage) when the product is returned to us.
Loving Earth handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Loving Earth.
