Cookie dough & superfood balls

Take two of the worlds greatest things and combined them into the ultimate more-ish recipe. 


Cookie Dough Balls
  • 1 cup almond meal

  • ⅓ cup oats 

  • 2 heaped tbsp cashew butter

  • 10 medjool dates, pitted 

  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs

  • 40g Salted Caramel chocolate

Superfood Balls
  • ½ cup almonds

  • ⅓ cup oats 

  • ⅓ cup pistachios

  • 10 medjool dates, pitted 

  • 1/4 cup golden berries or goji berries

  • 1 tbsp tahini

Step 1

For Cookie Dough Balls 
In a food processor, blend the almonds and oats until they form a fine ‘meal’.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients (except the salted caramel chocolate), and blend until the mix starts to form a ball.

Step 3

Towards the end of processing add the chocolate. Roll into balls.

Step 4

For Superfood Balls 
In a food processor, blend the almonds, oats and pistachios until they form a fine ‘meal’.

Step 5

Then add the dates, golden berries and tahini blend until the mixture starts to clump together. Roll into balls.
