Salted Caramel Choc Chip Cookies

Salted Caramel Choc Chip Cookies that are good your the inside and your tastebuds
(even though they totally taste like a ‘naughty’ childhood treat)
the perfect way to cure that sweet tooth craving!!
VEGAN SNICKERS BARS
1½ cups almond meal
½ cup coconut flour
1 tbs coconut sugar
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
pinch of pink Himalayan salt
6 pieces of Mylk Chocolate
6 pieces of Salted Caramel chocolate
2 tbs rice malt syrup
2 tbs coconut oil
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp flax seed
3 tbsp water
¼ cup almond milk
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine dry ingredients into a bowl.
Combine coconut oil, rice malt syrup in pan on very low heat once melted take off heat and add to dry ingredients along with vanilla extract, flaxseed, water and almond milk.
Mix together all ingredients until you have a nicely combined cookie dough texture.
Roll into balls and place on prepared tray, 3cm apart. Press down slightly using fork. Bake for 10 mins or until light golden and cooked. Transfer to a wire rack to cool and enjoy!
